Chuck Wagon Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. round or chuck
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 can beef broth
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. bottled barbecue sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Rub or pound into both sides of meat.
    Heat oil in heavy skillet.
    Brown meat on both sides. Blend beef broth, water, barbecue sauce and chili powder; pour over meat.
    Cover.
    Simmer 1 hour.
    Add green pepper and olives. Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours longer.
    Skim fat.
    Thicken gravy.
