Stroganoff For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Tbsp. flour
    6 lb. sirloin or round steak
    16 Tbsp. butter
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    3 cans tomato soup
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    4 lb. sliced mushrooms
    12 c. hot cooked rice or noodles
    8 tsp. salt
    4 medium onions
    4 c. sour cream
    2 c. bouillon
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt. Sprinkle meat that has been cut into bite size strips with flour mixture.
    Melt butter.
    Add onions and garlic. Cook until tender, but not brown. Remove from skillet and brown meat well.
