Swedish Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. rice
    3 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3 crushed cardamon seeds
    cinnamon (for top)
Preparation
    Cook rice in salted water. Drain dry. Add milk, sugar, eggs, salt cardamon seed and butter.
    Pour into casserole and sprinkle cinnamon over the top. Bake at 400\u00b0 until firm.
