2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. margarine, melted and cooled
2 eggs
1 orange, grate the rind
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, stir dry ingredients together.
In small bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, orange rind and orange juice; blend thoroughly.
Beat in dry ingredients alternately with yogurt until blended.
Pour batter into well-greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
