Fantasy Flower Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. powdered sugar, divided
    1 1/3 c. margarine or butter (softened), divided
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla, divided
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose or whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. milk
    pink sugar
    green sugar
Preparation
    What to do:
    Mix 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 1 cup margarine or butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla and almond extract.
    Mix in flour, baking soda and cream of tartar.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Divide dough into halves.
    Roll each half 3/16-inch thick on a lightly floured cloth-covered board. Cut into circles.
    Place on lightly greased sheet and bake until edges are light brown, 7 or 8 minutes.
