Ingredients

3 c. oats
2 c. sugar
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
Preparation

Put in a medium size pan the cocoa, sugar, milk and oleo. Cook the mixture for 2 minutes after it begins to boil, then take the pan off the stove.
Add the oats, vanilla and peanut butter. Beat the mixture until it is cool enough and stiff enough to drop on cookie sheet or wax paper.
Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.
