Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli (thaw and pat dry)
    4 eggs, well beaten
    3 sticks margarine or butter
    6 oz. creamed cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Mix everything except the Jiffy mix.
    Then add the Jiffy mix. Pour into a well-greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
