Fried Corn Or Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. beer
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1 egg
    2 large onions, sliced 1/2-inch thick and separated into rings
    1 1/2 c. flour
    6 to 8 small ears of corn (frozen), cooked as directed
    oil for deep frying (corn or peanut oil suggested)
Preparation
    Mix beer, baking powder, seasoned salt, egg and flour.
    Dip corn in batter; fry in deep fat at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Place in brown paper bag with paper towels.
    Will keep warm for hours.
