Chicken Cutlets With Swiss Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken cutlets
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. white wine (or cooking sherry)
    1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Arrange cutlets in a lightly greased baking dish.
    Put 1 slice of cheese on each cutlet.
    Mix together soup and wine until blended.
    Spread evenly over meat.
    Sprinkle stuffing mix on top. Drizzle margarine over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Can be made ahead of time.
    Cover and refrigerate.
