Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cooked, cooled, peeled, sliced potatoes
    1 lb. soft Velveeta cheese, diced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped onions
    salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. cooked, chopped bacon
    1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
Preparation
    Toss potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise and onions together.
    Turn into a buttered 2-quart baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
    Top with bacon and olives.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until bubbly (do not overbake).
