Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground lean beef
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    2 slices fresh white bread
    1/2 c. water or less
    1 small grated onion
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cream
Preparation
    Soak bread in water.
    Squeeze and mix with other ingredients. Shape in small balls.
    Brown quickly in hot butter.
    Remove as they brown.
    Scrape all brown particles in skillet, make a flour base gravy and put meatballs back in this.
    Heat before serving.
    Pour 3 tablespoons cream over balls just before serving.
