Layered Seafood Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 (12 1/2 oz.) can Star-Kist solid white or solid light tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (12 oz.) can Pet evaporated or light evaporated skimmed milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook onion in medium saucepan, covered, over very low heat until soft, adding water if necessary to prevent scorching.
Line bottom of 9-inch pie pan with tuna.
Sprinkle with cooked onion. Top with cheese.
Combine eggs, milk and salt in small bowl; mix well. Pour over cheese.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until set.
Let stand at least 10 minutes before cutting.
Garnish as desired.
Makes 8 servings.
