Gourmet Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen French-cut green beans
    3 Tbsp. butter, divided
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook beans according to package directions; drain.
    Melt 1 tablespoon butter; add flour, salt, pepper and Accent.
    Heat until bubbly.
    Remove from heat; gradually add sour cream and mustard. Heat, stirring constantly, but do not boil.
    Add beans, cheese and onion to sauce.
    Put in casserole.
    Saute bread crumbs in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Top mixture with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until heated through.
