Nut Meat Balls(233 Calories Per Serving) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked millet (wheat or rice)
    1/2 c. finely ground pecans
    1/4 c. finely ground sunflower seeds
    1 Tbsp. finely ground cashew nuts
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients,
    mixing well.
    Roll into balls. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake
    on
    oiled cookie sheet 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Serve with gravy or tomato sauce.
    Serves 4.
