Beef Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. medium egg noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    2 tsp. chives
    onions (optional)
    bell pepper (optional)
    Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown beef in small amount of butter.
    Add tomato sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
    In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese and chives.
    In a 1 1/2-quart dish, alternate layers of cooked noodles, beef sauce and cream cheese mixture, ending with cream cheese layer.
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
