Roast Beef Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. roast beef
    2 large onions, sliced
    2 green onions, sliced
    2 stalks celery
    juice of 1 orange
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    2 Tbsp. wine
Preparation
    Put roast in heavy aluminum foil. Cover with onions, pepper, celery and orange juice.
    Sprinkle garlic and wine over meat. Wrap foil tight.
    Roast at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
