Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 lb. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in 2-quart bowl.
Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
Stir well.
Pour into 8-inch square pan and freeze for 20 to 30 minutes.
Cut into squares.
