Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 pkg. broccoli
    3 sticks butter
    2 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until tender. Let cool. If using spears, cut into chunks. Crush crackers. Melt 1 stick of butter and pour over crackers. Set aside. Melt 2 sticks of butter and cheese together. Put 1/2 crackers and butter mixture in baking dish. Put broccoli in next followed by the cheese and butter mixture. Top with remaining crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
