Oriental Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. green beans (1 pkg. frozen French-style)
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 1/2 c. carrots, cut diagonally
    1 1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut chicken in strips.
    Put oil in skillet.
    Add beans and ginger.
    Cook three minutes.
    Add chicken and carrots.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Add mushrooms.
    Add soup with 1/4 cup water, sherry and soy sauce.
    Makes 4 1/2 cups.
    Serve over rice.
