Pizza Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. lean ground beef, browned and drained
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
    3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef.
    Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasonings.
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Divide the biscuits in halves by separating the layers.
    Place each biscuit portion in a greased muffin pan (I use the mini pan), pressing the dough to cover bottom and sides of the pan.
    Spoon the meat mixture into the biscuit lined muffin pans.
    Top with cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    (Any leftover meat makes great tacos.)
    Makes 3 servings.
