Kelly'S Karamels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    48 caramel candies (14 oz. pkg.)
    1/3 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
    2 c. flour
    2 c. oatmeal
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt the caramel candies with the water in microwave.
    Mix the flour, oatmeal, sugar, margarine, baking soda and salt.
    Save 1 cup.
    Place oatmeal mixture (less 1 cup) in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
    Add the caramel mixture.
    Put the 1 cup of oatmeal mixture on top.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
