Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    Combine all except potatoes in saucepan.
    Heat until cheese is melted.
    Stir in hash browns that have been thawed at room temperature.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Cover with aluminum foil until the last 15 minutes.
