Apple-Nut Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 to 6 tart apples, diced small
1 c. nuts (optional)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda

Preparation

Beat together eggs, sugar and oil.
Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add together and mix thoroughly.
Add apples and nuts. Spread into 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 55 minutes.
