Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/3 c. celery, finely chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    1/8 oz. pkg. Hollandaise sauce mix
Preparation
    Put salmon with liquid into a bowl.
    Remove bones and flake salmon.
    Combine milk and bread crumbs.
    Add to salmon and mix gently with fork.
    Add egg, salt, poultry seasoning, celery, green pepper, lemon juice and onion.
    Mix.
    Turn mixture into well-greased 1-quart ring mold.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until firm.
