Hot Chicken For Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chickens, cooked and taken off the bone
4 eggs, beaten
4 to 6 slices bread, broken up fine
salt and pepper to taste
broth
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender, remove from bone and chop or tear in small pieces.
Add eggs, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
Mix with broth until very moist.
Bake at 300\u00b0 stirring occasionally until it is cooked down, but still moist.
