Crackling Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 c. cornmeal (yellow)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. cracklings, diced
Preparation
- 
                            Combine cornmeal, salt and soda.
Add milk and cracklings. Grease baking sheet.
Spoon mixture in.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
