Pan Handy Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
    Make a hole in the center.
    Add the vinegar, vanilla, oil and water.
    Mix well and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
