Shoney'S Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (12 oz.) pkg. 7-Up soft drink
red food coloring (few drops)
1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced
whipped cream
1 baked pie crust

Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch and 7-Up.
Cook until creamy.
Add food coloring; let cool.
Mix in strawberries; cook pie crust sprinkled with sugar.
Pour mixture into crust.
Top with whipped cream.
