Tuna Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. macaroni elbows (approximately 2 c.)
    6 to 7 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped sweet onion
    1 can tuna, drained
    1 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation
    Boil macaroni in water, adding salt and oil; cook for 10 minutes.
    Drain and rinse in cold water.
    Pour macaroni into a large salad bowl.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Combine, mixing well.
    Cover and chill.
