Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can corn (undrained)
1 large can creamed corn (undrained)
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 sticks margarine or butter, melted
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients, except grated cheese. Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with the grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
