1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 lb. beef, browned
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
4 oz. Mozzarella
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, yeast and salt.
Heat sour cream, water and shortening until warm.
Add beaten egg; stir in until smooth. Spread batter into 10-inch greased pie pan.
Mix beef, salt, pepper, onion, Italian seasoning and tomato paste; spoon onto batter.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella; add mushrooms.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cut into wedges.
