Soupier Meat And Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. dry fine bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped (optional)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1/4 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Drain.
    Cool a little, then mix in egg and half of the soup, bread crumbs and seasonings.
    Press in a casserole dish.
    Frost with the potatoes and top with other half of soup.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
