Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. crushed potato chips or fried onion rings
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except chips or onion rings.
Spoon into greased casserole dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle chips/onion rings on top.
Return to oven and bake an additional 15 minutes.
