Pear Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
    1 (16 oz.) can pears
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 Tbsp. (rounding) horseradish sauce
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Dissolve lime jello in the juice drained from the can of pears; add crushed pineapple.
    Cool.
    Soften cream cheese in the milk and mix until smooth and gradually add the cream cheese to the gelatin mixture.
    Stir in the horseradish sauce.
    Cool in refrigerator until partially set.
    Add the pineapple and chopped pecans.
    Whip the cream and fold gelatin mixture into the cream. Put in mold and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
    Serve.
