Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice
    2 c. cold water
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    1 stick soft margarine
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    2 pkg. chopped frozen or 1 bunch fresh broccoli
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Stir all together and put into a 9 x 13-inch casserole or large round casserole.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 10 generously.
