Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage (room temperature)
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (room temperature)
    3 c. Bisquick
    water
    cayenne pepper to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Combine sausage, cheese and Bisquick in large bowl.
    Add just enough water to make workable.
    Shape into balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
