Louisiana Pie(Makes One 9-Inch Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. Colonial granulated sugar
    1 c. firmly packed Colonial light brown sugar
    dash of salt
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In medium size bowl,
    combine
    butter, sugars and salt; blend well.
    Add eggs, one at
    a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla,
    flour,
    cream
    and
    pecans.
    Pour mixture into pie shell.\tBake in
    moderate oven at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until
    knife
    inserted
    near center comes out clean.
    Serve slightly warm with whipped cream.
