Split Pea Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    ham butt or ham bone
    3 chopped carrots
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 medium potatoes, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 pkg. split peas, soaked for 3 hours
Preparation
    Cook ham bone in water to cover.
    Cut ham from bone.
    Add 2 quarts of water to ham broth and add all the other ingredients. Cook for 2 hours.
