Italian Sausage And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 fresh Italian pork sausage links (hot or mild)
    6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
    2 large onions, peeled and quartered
    4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped finely
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. Romano cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix and arrange ingredients in a long, shallow baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Turn and baste every 20 minutes.
