Broccoli-Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cauliflower
1 bunch of broccoli
1/2 c. green onions
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. radishes
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
Preparation

Lay the peas out to thaw.
Chop cauliflower and broccoli into bite size pieces.
Dice all other ingredients fairly small, except peas.
Mix all vegetables and water chestnuts together, then add peas.
Pour Hidden Valley Ranch or Seven Seas Caesar Dressing over vegetables.
Let marinate in refrigerator overnight.
