Corn Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. corn muffin mix
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 c. chopped dehydrated onions
    dash of salt and Tabasco
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. plain corn meal
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. ground cracklin (I make the cracklins out of ham if I can't find cracklins)
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients. Stir well. Pour in a hot greased pan. (A No. 6 skillet is good to use if you have one.) Bake in 400\u00b0 preheated oven about 30 minutes or until brown. Yields 8 servings.
