Rice And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine until tender.
    Remove from stove.
    Add soup, broccoli, rice and cheese.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
