Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. zucchini (3 or 4 medium)
1 onion (chopped)
1 bell pepper (chopped)
5 eggs (beaten)
1/2 c. sour cream
salt to taste
Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Slice zucchini, add onion and pepper; saute in small amount of oil, until tender.
Pour into casserole dish.
Beat eggs, mix in sour cream and salt, pour over first mixture.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with Cheddar cheese, return to oven for 10 more minutes.
