Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 oz. chopped pimentos
    1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Boil squash in salted water; drain and mash.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add onions and cook until tender.
    Pour onions and butter into squash.
    Add celery seed, pimentos, cheese and eggs. Mix all and bake in a buttered pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
