Fennel And Garlic Crusted Pork Loin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cloves garlic
    2 tsp. fennel seed
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1 1/4 lb. boneless pork loin
    1 c. chicken broth (I use the whole can)
    1 tsp. all-purpose flour
    red potatoes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    On cutting board, combine garlic, fennel seed, salt and pepper.
    Chop together to break seed and mince the garlic.
    Rub mixture over surface of pork.
    Place in small roasting pan.
    Add chicken broth to pan.
    Roast pork 50 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 150\u00b0 and center is pink, but cooked through.
