Cranberry Sour Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jello
    1 c. hot water
    1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped black walnuts
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Let chill until slightly thickened.
    Break cranberry sauce up and stir into the gelatin. Add chopped celery and nuts.
    Pour half the mixture into mold or dish and spread evenly with the sour cream.
    Pour remaining cranberry sauce mixture over top and chill.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
