Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (3 or 4 lb.) hens
4 1/2 lb. lean beef, ground
12 (No. 2) cans tomatoes
8 (No. 2) cans creamed corn
3 lb. onions
1 1/2 pt. tomato catsup
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. liquid smoke
2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salt
5 pods hot pepper or hot sauce to taste
Preparation

Cook meats and save broth.
Cook onions and pepper together and save broth.
Grind meats after they cool.
Mix all ingredients together.
Cook at low heat, stirring frequently as this burns easily.
For storage, cool before putting into freezer cartons.
Makes 10 servings.
