Chocolate Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat milk in saucepan, but do not boil.
    In a bowl, mix the sugar, cocoa, flour and salt and stir in enough milk to make a smooth paste.
    Pour this into the warm milk.
    Stir continuously over moderate heat until the sauce thickens.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Serve over hot, buttered biscuits.
    Serves 4.
