Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cooked sausage
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    10 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz. can)
    1/4 c. onion, diced
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    seasoned croutons (enough to cover 9 x 13-inch pan)
Preparation
    Place croutons in 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Spread sausage over croutons.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese over sausage.
    Mix eggs, milk, soup, onions and mushrooms.
    Pour over sausage, croutons and cheese.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake uncovered 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
