Pears And Cream Tart - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
sugar
1 c. heavy or whipping cream
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (29 oz.) can sliced pears
Preparation

In small bowl, mix cinnamon, nutmeg and 3/4 cup sugar; set aside.
In another small bowl, with wire whisk or fork, beat cream with egg yolks until blended; refrigerate.
